Server stability

Chess.com can you please please try and improve the stability of your servers? I think it's specifically a UK server issue. Before I hear the "Check your internet" answer ; I've already tested this with every other chess site and I never have this issue with any of them ,random connection drops in the middle of a game when my internet is still working fine. The reason I continue to use this site despite these issues is how much nicer the layout/ aesthetic of it is. By far the nicest site, despite the lack of reliability. It's not the end of the world during rapid cos you have enough time to reset, but on blitz once you drop you have maybe 15 seconds to reconnect or you lose a game regardless of position. thx!

There's not a UK server. The site is working on a distributed server architecture, but as far as I'm aware, live games are still happening in the main site datacenter. So, if there are problems between you and the site server, outside the site's control, you can have issues.
