According to a lot of people on here, unless you are 2000+ elo you are rubbish at chess, so if that is the case you might want to consider quitting. I saw a video of a GM called Hikaru, he was slagging off 2000's, how rubbish they were and anyone below that too.

It seems to me from reading what people post on here, unless you are a titled player, you might has well quit, because you are rubbish and only good for one thing, to be mocked for how useless you are at chess.

u will play really bad before you start playing good. i was stuck at 500 for 2 months then 700 for 3 months and recently reached 950 elo but again down to 750. if you overplay with same opening and get same results then it becomes redundant and you lose the will to improve. good idea to watch streams and try diff openings to spice up but definitely do not focus on rating coz if you leatn to play properly you can win 200 points in 1 hour. goodluck!

After quitting chess, you can focus on doing other things that you are good at.

No, there's: Chess Variants, Puzzles, Composed Endgame Studies, beautiful games shown on YouTube by Agadmator, GothamChess, and GMHikaru.

I understand feeling burnt out and tired. The act of playing and competing even in casual games online can be stressful and draining both mentally and physically. I understand not wanting to play and there were multiple times when I felt like quitting. There is so much more to chess than playing standard games as a said at the beginning.

Let's say me dropping everything at 2 am when I have to get up early in the morning tomorrow just to tell you to stick with chess is not compelling or convincing enough. I would recommend to take a break for a week, a month, maybe even a few years and then come back to it whenever your heart desires to or a friend/strangers asks if you know how to play and asks for a quick game. In the meantime during your brake try different hobbiesand board games to still fuel and stimulated your mind: Checkers, Poker, Black Jack, Sudoku, art/drawing, martial arts, Rubiks cube, jigsaw puzzles, crosswords, word searches, etc.
