Yes quit. But if you quit, you didnt really want to do it. We always get better, it doesnt matter if you win.
Should I Quit Chess?

About 6 months ago I was rated around 1600...then I started actually watching chess on YouTube which helped me study and learn and now I'm 1850+. If you keep at it and really put in the effort to learn anyone can reach 1850. If you want you can add me and we can play and I'll help you get better. Also make sure to analyze your games after playing to see what you need to work on
Thank you for your support

Just enjoy playing the game. If you have played for 3 years without any improvement, are you only playing fast time controls, rapid or faster? Speed chess is great fun but doesn't help you get better.

Thats a really fast and impressive improvement!
Got any tips? Like what on youtube did you watch or how do you study to improve?
OP: I realized i dont improve either from "just playing". I stay around the same level. For me i think i need to study more theory and play less

I watch a lot of Naroditsky, Bortynyk, Gothamchess, Eric Rosen, and Jonathan Schrantz... Gothamchess is probably best to watch until you reach about 1700 or 1800. Also theory isn't too important until you reach 2000+. Until that rating it's better to have a few openings that you master rather than to try and learn a bunch of openings and theory. It's more important to get better at spotting tactics and minimizing one move blunders
