How to win against Sicilian Dragon, SF lose within 20 moves.

This isn't a Sicilian Dragon, and the TCEC time controls make the games irrelevant for evaluation of any opening- let alone that it was just a single game.
This game was one of the bonus games in TCEC, where leela on 4x V100 vs latest SF on 43 threads., 5/5 TC. Leela is on the best GPU so far. (result was pretty close, +2-1=22 , in favour of SF)
In this game black was basically dead since move 12 f5!!. It extremely unlikely for the best program SF to lose within 20 moves if it was not due to bad opening choice.
