Sometimes CA doesn't work

I ask Rybka through Chess Assistan 9.1 to analize my last game.
I set level 7 for opening, middlegame and endgame. I installed MegaCap and Golden Nalimov, too.
It makes only main analysis and skip controll and lines. It's not the first time it happened. I already contacted Convekta, but no man answered me.
I like to know if it happened to someone of you, if it's a bug or if CA doesn't stand I use other programs while it works. My pc has an Intel Centrino Duo and 2GB RAM.
While CA work, I'm using Firefox, Thunderbird and Emule.
