Einstein is not smart

Actually a true statement as he is now dead, and dead people aren't very smart at all!

Change "is" to "was" and you have a false statement until you also get rid of the word "not".

---   To be smart or not to be smart that is the question  lol.

      ---   yup

Dishes are piling up, bathroom needs cleaning, laundry is not getting done, going weeks without a bath, going weeks without shaving, but no, not a waste of time.

Yes, he was also wrong regarding his ideas about physics because he vehemently opposed quantum physics for at least ten years.

Thanks for the posts.

Well of course Einstein was human and therefore was not perfect however he is one of the few people on this planet to win a Nobel Prize, not too shabby.

No not with his ideas about the Universe  lol. However there is the quote where he claims that Chess is a waste of time. So that brings up an interesting question: are all games and/or hobbies a waste of time ?

Then again, Paul Morphy also said "the ability to play chess is a sign of a gentleman. The ability to play chess well is a sign of a life frittered away." However the value of chess to you, is something that only you can decide. What use will it be to spend years doing sth you don't like, when you could be doing sth you love. Chess might not make one intelligent, however there are some transferable skills.

In Einstein's time Quantum Physics was emerging thought. Today there are applications, such as medical imaging, where it finds some evidence. Still, it is largely theoretical. It is much like a monkey rolling a ball up a hill. He knows that it rolls back, but has no idea why. Einstein made a leap across a black chasm with E=MC(squared). This is classical physics, empirically proven, as opposed to theoretical physics. I hope this helps.

Albert Einstein didn't say 50% of what people said he said

Here's one that was seriously prophetic.

Few are those who see with their own eyes and feel with their own hearts. Albert Einstein

Which half are you referring to? Relativity is genius. Your cell phone would not exist without it.

According to Professor Hans Gniesunt-Bumsadazy (a staunch admirer of Madam Marfona) he concluded that Einstein's Theory of Relativity was flawed when he postulated that the only "Absolute" was the speed of light🚽🧻

I read that several times. I'm talking about his quotes not his works
