stalemate - but I lost on time????

Fide rules are clear on this - if a game is stalemated and a player loses on time the game is a draw - so how come this does not apply on chess .com????

Thank you for comments folks  - specially  adude 23 - on the scoresheet my move was shown(Ke7 as I recall - so perhaps the software gave me a loss on time but still entered the move) 

anyroad up - it was annoying!!!

It looks like it was your move, so the position wasn't stalemate.

Seems impossible for stalemate and loss on time to occur together.
