Do something with your support AI Agent and expand the support staff because nowadays simple problems require up to 7 days to start (!) being reviewed

Thats true. A request of mine has been told by the support that "would get an answer in 1-4 days", except well, it's over 4 days and still no answer.
they mean business days usually. If your friend was waiting over the weekend, it wouldn't count for those "1-4 days".
Is chess.com staff actively looking through forums and taking input from others? Is there a system in place where they take the community's input and speak about it?
Initially I was waiting 6 days for the first answer from the support.
When the support member answered, she asked me to write some additional information about my question. It was funny because I supplied the same additional information to the AI Agent 6 days ago. Seems that support cant see the information collected by their own AI Agent.
Now it looks like that I have to wait another 6 days for the second answer (currently 2 days passed since the first answer)...

I think acceptable rush puzzles are a subset of the overall puzzle database and there are certain parameters for them. Not 100% sure though.
