I haven't seen anything about how much the TPU infrastructure is in cost but according to the paper AZ used 4 TPU. Stockfish was running on regular hardware (more likely a virtual machine) and had 64 CPU threads available to it. Not sure how much memory it had, but it had a 1 GB hash.
