GM radjabov. he's almost like an inspiration at times.
Style of play

i like capablanca cause he's got a simple, clear, easy style of play and cause he's the chess machine

mmm I would go anyone except me! I really suck in this game! I tend to like Tal altough if I trie and sac something Ill just end up in a simple position material down :(

i like to pretend im keres or alekhine but i play more like Fine or Korchnoi (but like them if they were drunk and had brain damage)
I singled out for me a group of chess players from whom I wanted to borrow the best qualities: the psychological stability from Karpov, the meticulous positional technique from Petrosian, the logic from Botvinnik, the intuition from Alekhine, the ability of taking a risk from Tal. – Garry Kasparov

I definitely prefer the positional approach (accumulation of small advantages) and only strike when my positional advantage warrants it, in other words I'm not a risk taker. I believe that my style resembles players like Capa, Karpov and Kramnik and enjoy seeing games by these players that grind out the win from initially small advantages, good and instructive to see them squeezing the life out of their opponents position.
Whose style of play would you like to emulate and why?
Ok maybe I was not too clear. I will make an example.
I'd like to play like Alexander Alekhine because his style of play is artful and deep and his attacking prowess is quite impressive.
