That you know of? she may have planned it out toe let you go to move 45 or so, or in her plan had the game well in hand. Either way, thats impressive. Good job!! Beat her next time!
Susan Polgar

Yesterday, I played Woman GM Susan Polgar. I did not fall significantly behind until move forty five or so!
I think she's a real GM actually :P
Tell us more! How did you get the opportunity and where did you play her? Can you show us the game? It would be very fun to see!

Our city chess coordinator got her to set up a simul against students (like me) and rating players alike. It was in my home town. I could get the game.

Yes. The simul started with 35 players- By the time I was out there were no more kids and less than ten adults/ rated players!

stop faking it sambirder i was there and Susan was worn out and was making silly mistakes and he was the secoend to last kid

But the last kid started late and so only accomplished 36 moves. Plus, I was playing for almost three hours- I was worn out.

Now if only I could learn how to place a chess game on a forum.
post new topic give it a name put it on game analysis then under your nane threr is a chessboard icon click on that and follow instructions it will be very intersting to see wat sort of game you had

is it my imagination or is there a lot of hostility towards Susan Polgar?
Susan and her (husband?) partner Paul Truong have been embroiled in a sometimes-nasty struggle for control of the USCF over long-time rival Sam Sloan. There's lots of stuff on the i-net about it if you're interested in that sort of thing. I'm not too fond of politics, so I'm hazy on the details...
I have Chess Tactics for Champions (one of Susan's books) and it's a great book. It's helped my game a lot. I can see that she is a brilliant tactician. Good going if you survived that long!
