How about a premium feature that involves paying developers to improve the site to the extent that:
1- No third party software would be allowed during your stay at Chess.com. So, switching tabs more than once could lead to a warning then to a subsequent banning and ultimately to an IP ban if the user persists.
2- Fools mate in less than 30 secs renders to game invalid. A player that continues to mate gets -10 points.

We can make a Premium feature where before each game, a player has to watch an ad. But (don't drop without hearing the whole thing just because I said ad), the ad is actually a Chessable or chess video that is playing before the game. We all know that knowledge is how people improve in chess and chess knowledge is of prime importance for the game. So, before being paired for a game, the player will have to watch a chess video of less than 10 minutes. We can even tailor the video in accordance with the chess opening the player played or the style in which he played the game, or even the specific type of blunder that he made in the opening, middle-game or endgame. (If he plays Sicilian Defence, he will get a video related to that.)
Beneficiaries:
1. The Master who made the video. (He gets paid by chess.com for the Premium content.)
2. The player who is about to play the game. (He will be a better, much better, chess player.)
3. chess.com (If people improve at chess, it is a win for chess.com)
