I didn’t know it was a brilliant move when I played it on the board until after I analyzed the game!

Just before you jump into viewing the game, I also wanted to add that this was quite an immense game, not only because of the brilliant move played in it but also because it is the highest rating I have ever gotten in my blitz chess yet (or at least on Chess.com)!

Really the only 'continuation' after Qc6+ would be the one and only move, Qf3, but this is meet with QxQf3# (Mate).
After Qc6+, though, my opponent resigned.
