There should be a limit for Chess players for each Nation in Tournaments no?

certainly not. chess isn't a sport of nations it's a sport of people. the tournaments aren't about France winning or china winning. there more about (just picking random players here) Levon Aronian winning or Magnus Carlsen winning. it'd make no difference if all 128 players were Chinese or if none of them were Chinese.
