Back on topic; Cheater_1, however much he is disliked, attracts plenty of attention, in the way that rotting meat (Cheater_1 topics) attracts hungry vultures (bored posters) in search of prey (topics to post in), only to be met by a man who seems to think that it's big and clever to use 'caps lock' to add emphasis to things, when official language use dictates the exclamation mark (!). Despite his interesting writing style and somewhat questionable spelling and grammar, we'll probably have 'remember Cheater_1' topics going years after his departure. In closing I'd describe his methods as 'ballsy, stupid, but ballsy' (True Lies)

Is that it? Is that all you can muster? Where are the 'clever' arguments that you spent hours preparing? Or have you, the 'great' cheater_1, been reduced to simply writing large words in different colours in the same way a ten year old may try to win the argument.

And whilst we're here, the complaints about trolling seem rather hypocritical, but perhaps the squirrel has no place on chess.com (I couldn't tell you the answer to that one). You seem angry at my post being 'off topic', but I simply assumed any cheater_1 topic went in the following way:

-cheater_1 writes a whole essay on why he's brilliant (complete with capitalised words and more arrogance than you could shake a chess clock at.)

-Then people reply that the topic is a waste of time and they hate cheater_1.

-cheater_1 comes in and claims he is necessary.

-People argue with him whilst making humourous asides to each other.

-The topic slowly spirals off course unitl no one can remember what the original argument was and the whole thing becomes a flame war.

-The topic slowoly becomes less interesting and cheater_1 starts the whole thing again with a new topic.

Still making pointless topics like this and having equally pointless replies gets everyone's post count up, so hey, keep posting, I'll try to find more pointless ammunition to throw at you.

BTW: The best way to ruin his topics, people, is to make them like the 'Daily puzzle' ones i.e. 'First'; 'Second, nice puzzle'; 'Third, too easy' etc.

Well, he has his uses, but we're not here to become friends with him, that's been made fairly clear, ergo we respond to his trolling with trolling of our own, there's no point to any of this, it's just an interesting break from the chess.

I am aware of how angry people get at the pointless comments in the 'Daily puzzle' thread, so I thought, why not encourage people to post their pointless comments on cheater_1 threads? Plus there are no lies on there when people who are first, claim that they are first.

If you attempt to stick up for cheater_1, one of three things could happen: He could become even more arrogant to a point where his neck breaks because his head is so inflated and he dies, and where would we be then? Back to complaining about players not resigning or trying to hard (WTF?); or he might feel then that he has friends,  I dare say the concept of such a thing could destroy him; or finally you might try and bring a point to this topic, which was lost shortly after a picture of a man on a pink bicycle.

I'm not denying that he does have some sort of audacity (or foolishness) that makes him the quintessential rogue who steals the show from the protangonist in a way that suggests that on the internet, where one can masquerade under a pseudonym that he is making up for something - Napoleon complex perhaps?

I'd say he's in zugzwang, but seriously, he hasn't posted much on the actual thread, it's just people from chess.com who post, I'm simply trying to lure him out, to bring him to battle and fight through some stupid argument interspersed with random pictures and pedantic comments which ought to annoy someone who prides themself on their articulate style. He's unbearably annoying and yet we admire his reckless style of taking on the whole of chess.com.

Ridiculously ego-filled topics such as this distract one from one's chess games, hell Ijust want the member points. He will always inspire debate, and as much as we hate to admit it, we like his little topics, of course that doesn't stop us putting up this facade of hatred.

If you want to end these kinds of topics, give him the match he wants, it might just shut him up, well only if we beat him, otherwise we wouldn't hear the end of it or we can just keep him 'shouting' at us for being cowards until he gets bored and winds up somewhere else.

Sorry to say, but Cannibal 37 probably pales in comparison to the newer Chess engines out on the market now...but keep workin on it.

And, and this is just me assuming here because I'm still relatively new, they aren't playing you because they don't like your attitude.  But, hey, that's just my perspective on the situation.

If pretty girls are bound to be stupid, then looking at my spotty mug I should be pretty intelligent. Seems to be a flaw somewhere in that logic. :)

To argue a statement is not true simply because an assumption you make about its opposite is flawed.

I can't remember if it is pure theory or if there is actually some data backing up the assetion that physically attractive people tend to get what they want more at a young age (more friends, more attention, more rewards etc) that they don't have to try so hard to impress/ make friends etc.  As a result their social skills can become atrophied.  Mate selection is generally easier as they have their pick of the bunch that come to them.

Taking this a few steps further (there are sadly people actually like this, and alot of dated media supports this development) You end up with a pretty girl, that doesn't have to be nice to get friends, gets bought things by prospective suitors, and who gets the life goal of being a doctors/footballers wife.  

With that said, it is a bit over the top to say that ALL attractive girls are destined to be not so bright.  The biggest flaws in that statement consist of the absoluteness of it, and it seems to assume that intelligence isn't attractive in its own right.  Seeing how beauty is in the eye of the beholder, attractiveness is clearly subjective and as a result the above statement can be shown to be false.  It is however not proven to be flawed logic by saying that because you have an ugly mug you should be super intelligent. 

Just another pointless post to boost the replies to cheater_1s posts.
