Thias sites rules and mechanics are madness

I just discovered that its only possible to start a topic on tablet and not continue it... Anyway I'm on my phone so I'm probably going to make a lot of spelling errors. Yes, most sites have rules which should be abided by the players, as these rules usually serve a purpose to serve the players. The issue I take with chess.com is that not only do they give absolutely no warning or info on these rules for their users actively, which means people CANT follow the rules because they arent aware of them, these rules also have no logical reasoning behind them. The auto resign is supposed to keep games fair, but as seen from my original post it did the exact opposite. Same is true for the simultaneous logins from different devices, its purpose is to prevent cheating, but because this system is glitchy I end up losing a game because I can't load it anymore. You might argue that this site can do whatever it wants, but you have to keep in mind that the purpose of this site is to create a fun and fair chess community, yet these rules make this site unfair without any need to.
