"This Game is No Longer Available", followed by loss to a game that crashed on me

It appears the chess app loading on Google Chrome is losing connection with the server running the chess application. I have lost a log of games as a result of chess app problem. I know my Internet access is good and fast because I can run browsers and other web apps while the chess.com game is active. But what happens is that right in the middle of the game, after I make a move, the opponents clock starts to run out while mine remains the same. Typically, if the opponent is disconnected, I would get a reminder that the opponent is disconnected. But in this case, the opponents clock keeps ticking until finally my clock starts to blink a few times. Then hell breaks loose. My clock runs out and I get the error message "this game is no longer available". My computer is fine, my Internet connection is good. Yet  I end up losing the game and points are deducted from me. Period. This is a new phenomenon. It has been happening a lot lately, perhaps during the past 3 months. Chess.com ought to diagnose and fix this problem. BTW, this incident happens once every 20 to 30 games that I play.

I have seen while playing that during my opponent turn my clocks starts running, or knowing that I have 20 seconds, that becomes less than one second and as a result I get the loss while winning my game. it is horrible glitch.
