I recently played a turn based game. Won a piece in the opening, then came under heavy attack, and was about to luckily escape with a perpetual check. However, after repeating the position 7 (!) times the game kept going. My opponent made clear he is not accepting the draw offer, so to avoid repeating the position forever, i had to make a losing move just to get over with the game. Here, check it out.

Is this what "the best chess site on the internet" is supposed to be? Can't the programmers fix their stuff so the simple game mechanics work properly? This is absolutely atrocious.

What do you think the staff are supposed to do about it?? You have to click "CLAIM DRAW" or the game could continue forever.
