No. There used to be a max time per move enforcement but as far as I know that has been removed.
The players that do that a lot will get their accounts restricted and primarily start facing other players that do the same thing.

Clear your cache?
It will do that if the first move isn't made, but as far as I know, it doesn't impact later moves. It's a different story if they disconnect.
Cleared cache and I still dont see an "instert" button as it used to be.
v2 is sooo ugly like I cant believe someone could design something so bad and 1970 looking, but I think I will need to try it out again . By the way, I hope you fired that graphic designer that made v2.

That's good!
Another idea is to give people a sportsmanship grade in the form of stars.
A five-star player doesn't disconnect in lost positions, doesn't stall in lost positions, doesn't abuse in chat.
The stars can be displayed in the profile page of each player - so people can know who they are playing in advance - and maybe as you say, be paired against members of the same sportsmanship category.
That will save a lot of time and bad feelings for those who deserve better.
I'm wondering why chess.com doesn't do this like lichess.com does. It's not like it's a copyrighted thing.
I'd love to know what infractions my opponents have committed.
^Your suggestion using stars is original I think. However, tagging players for certain infractions isn't.
I tend to focus on the positive. I don't need to know what someone has done in the past - if he has five stars (or four) that's plenty good for me.
I am a beginner. Play 30 minute games. Waited over 15 minutes for opponent to play today. Game ended with me winning of course. I have seen this more than once. Is there a way to place a time limit on moves in 30 minute games?
