i think the word filter needs a bit of tweaking, so as to allow certain words through. it is right to warn people if they use bad language, but if they are warned or threatened for having done absolutely nothing wrong, then this will engender ill-feeling, however good the intentions are in the first place. Even if you catch 100 ill-doers, but just one innocent person is caught in that net, then the system needs a good looking at. it is not as it should be.
