Too much time on chess

i spend at least 2-4 hours a day here.

I've started to... but I like it, so its no biggie..

Playing chess on here has replaced my time for reading novels. I keep picking up new books, but have'nt had time to read any of them yet. I do look forward to playing every day.

Chess is first for me.

Most ppl when they play chess they feel intelligent so they keep on playing chess to boost their egos :D

Yes but it is fun to do. you You have to be carefull. When you neglect your family,  friends,work or study then it will cost you more than it gives.  

I should go. But then again it's just a small fire, I probably have enough time for one more bullet game.

too often and too much..most of us are not official masters (big surprise i know) however we try to play like them, wether its playing ten games at a time or variations we cannot explain when asked to do so..lmao. but then again i guess everyone knows everything already..-cheers!

I am hooked, I don't mind  losing too much, although it gets frustrating if I lose too much. I have lots of those days, but I keep coming back for more. I am trying to get into the 1200s more consistently on blitz. Just love to play chess and occassionally meet some realy great (good sport) players. thanks.

I agree jbell it's the score that keeps me hooked. I'm aiming for 1200 in blitz as well. Oh well will get there one day eh!!!

chess keeps me active.gives oppertunity to learn from mistakes.i think we can make chess as applied science.SWOT analysis works here.first strengthen yourself.be careful about your weakness look for oppertunity threats are always there,but hit at the right place and make hay while sun shines.best wishes-psk
