Traps in the king's gambit

You’re seeing things Lola that are imagined. Blacks King is in the open for now - but unassailable.
Look through an objective lense . Blacks King is perfectly safe on the Queenside . There is no hunting to be done by White- rather it will all be about Whites possible defense.
Take note- White can not develop with any threats. There are no tempi to be gained.

maybe u should pick this up w/a titled player to ease ur soul. good luck on ur quest to find all the answers to chess ! (as ur being bok-bok hollow re: ur attacking instincts)

Bf3 (best) Ke7 d3 Nh6 headed to f5 exploiting Whites massive Kingside weaknesses with little time from the inert Queenside pieces to provide assistance.

I manage this very quick win several times a year with the Cunningham.
One of the most fun side roads in the Cunningham is the Three Pawn's Gambit, also called Bertin's Gambit

Those are nice traps. Thanks for posting them.
I have two cursory observations.
In the second to last game, White missed the earlier royal fork... 9 .Ne5+.
In the last game, the final position has White actually up a point (after 10. KxB). So White is materially winning, at least at that point, but I don't know if he is positionally winning.
Thank you for letting me know. In the second last game I made a mistake. I was supposed to switch the move order. I am so sorry.
I realised that white is up a point but in terms of position, white's extra pawn does not really matter because a queen is better than three minor pieces in the opening

After 10. KxB
10. … Qd4 and positionally it’s a wrap for Black. The King will go to d8 after Nc3 Nf6. The Lady dominates the chess board.
I’m in the final round of CC 48th thematic KG 1600-1800, playing both sides makes for good fun.
I do agree with you these traps can be fun

I have faced the cunningham several times and lost most of the games. The cunningham is a good opening to try against the KG

The TumbleWeed is fun., 1. e4 e5 2. f4 exf4 3. Kf2 !?
It can be fun against new and unexperienced players but it is best not to take such a risk against someone like an 1100 or more

Hi everyone so I hope youre well and you enjoyed using those traps against your opponents! I have more traps on my youtube channel. This is a trap from a bunch of KG games, if you have noticed I play KG in nearly all of my games as white with e4 e5 because I always seem to win with it. This is my favourite opening for white. Many opponents fell for the royal fork in this exact same position. For some reason Qg5 is quite common, although it is probably a mistake. As white you can use this trick in your games, and as black you should try not to play Qg5.

I can give u some tips:
1. We can play longer games with more time to think
2. Try not to hang pieces too much (use tactics) to capture pieces, like the pin, the fork, the skewer and other tactics.
3. Try to avoid moving the king early and instead do castling
Hope you find these tips useful!
Here is a video about beginner tactics you can check out 😉
