Unable to find my 'Live Chess Games' in Games Explorer!?

Hi Friends,
When I go to Game Explorer tab, I am able to find my online chess games and master games to browse, but when I choose Live Chess games in the drop down, it shows "no games found" though I have played many live chess games as well.
Any suggestion would be very helpful. Thanks a lot!
