Just wait and your opponent will automatically timeout after the max days/move setting of your game. After that you will be awarded a win. If the game has gone more than 5 moves then your rating will increase and your opponent's rating will go down. Otherwise the game will be considered too short to affect ratings. However, if your opponent is moving very slow (but still within the limit of you max days/move setting) then you'll have to play. It is the format you both agreed so there is nothing you can do but to play at your opponent's pace.

I'm playing (soon will be played) this guy who just stopped playing. I don't know what's going on, but I don't see any other option than to resign to get out of the game, which hurts my rating. What can I do?
