Well you can always make a new account but what I would suggest is continue playing ,on this account sometimes I felt like maybe I can make a new one and work there but ifs not always the case I kept playing sometimes k was 1400 blitz sometimes 1600 rapid but after some time it kept getting better and better a few days ago I managed to do 2100 bullet haven't been playing rapid recently got up to 2170 , and blitz went up to 1900 . What I would suggest is study learn and keep trying you don't need a second account, and when you struggle for something you will be less likely to give up and make another account ..I hope that motivates you :peaceful

It is an interesting question. You definitely need to contact support for their permission.
I would think they would allow it as long as you have been behaving well since your first account was closed. (But I am not sure.)
I do agree with the people who said that your 1600 rating was already pretty advanced. If you do open a second account at 1800, I believe you would just get quickly beaten down to around the same level.
