Many of my students are having all icons grayed out, theirs and all others and only showing a default pawn icon?

Any others have same?

profile icons - their own and others second time student today and last night share and I seen too they show me their icons no appearing

just the default gray pawn

both students in different cities so different systems etc and again she showed me her view and it was grey pawn and no her profile icon as well another student ask me today why

I however check their profile and all my students and I can see everything correctly their little profile image shows up etc for all my students

thoughts ?

I have heard of or seen anything like that before.
