Why do players get vacation time? I don't think that it is fair because the time limits are there for a reason. Also, I think that having three months of vacation time is too much

I agree. They should at least do what USCF does and duplicate the amount of days that are used after a certain amount of time has passed (ie: after 10 consecutive vacation days every 1 day will count as 2 days from that point on.)
I agree as well as you they can just stall the game with vacation time.
The times I have asked for vacation is while on holiday and I know that in the next days I will be out of internet access. So there is a legitimate use for this facility.
I am currently playing a game against someone who has been on vacation for two weeks and it says that they have 3 months left. I understand those who rarely use it for a day but it get ridiculous after some time.
