volume missing

My volume on chess.com has gone altogether! Is there a volume setting on the app? Every other app is fine, even my earphones connected on Bluetooth won’t work with chess.com. SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP! thanks in advance

The app has sound settings. If those are on, you may need to uninstall and reinstall.
Where on the app are the sound settings?
If I uninstall and reinstall I’ll lose all my data won’t I

Not 100% certain on iOS but on Android it's More > Settings > Board > Sounds

You may lose customizations but the data is stored on the site
