This is not getting better at all - still down. Can anyone from Chess.com give an update?

I still have this problem when playing via FireFox. I don't see a logical relation between the use of a VPN and this message (so if that "works" for anyone, I would classify that as a workaround and not a fix) and it makes no difference in my case.

Does anyone else have been experiencing this message?
(In my case: Windows 10, Firefox, all system/software updates have been applied.)
