I went for a 1200+5 min game on chess.com then I got checkmated a month later
You would still be at around 900 or 1000 if you hadn’t resigned every game.

same here but I got banned for some reason, maybe they thought I was reverse cheating

The guy lost over 50 games in a row because he resigned on move 1. That's sandbagging, a form of cheating. Puzzles and lessons are unlikely to help, unless there's a lesson "Don't cheat".
