What Are Some Of The Things That Really Irritate The Hell Out Of You

Here is another thing that really Irritate's the hell out of me. Some lame poster that walks on this thread and has nothing to say about the subject of "What Irritates The Hell Out Of You?"  

In situations like that, I put in conditional moves up to mate. I will never cm one to mate, though.

Yeah I have done that but he still waits 2 days 20 hrs. to make a move. At least it is a "No Vacation" Tournament. Those kind of guys pop in and out of vacation to get extra time.

Today when I logged on chess.com V3 didn't have the reverse arrows icons over on the side like usual. I thought "Oh sh#t" now what. I was really irritated at chess.com because V3 really irritates me in the first place.

I got my wits about me and I saw a 'settings icon' down at the bottom of the page on the side. I clicked on it and hoped for a miracle.

Well the miracle happened and there was the reverse arrows icon ready to whisk me out of the land of Oz.

The problem is that doesn't irritate me so it would be off topic here. I was going to talk about it on Nothing though.

You know what is really irritating.

When I say something that is just a joke and they take it serious, or when I say something serious and they take it as a joke.

Have you ever stood in line at the grocery store with maybe 5 items and the lady ahead of you who has had all of her things rung up and then hands the checker a fistful of manufacturers coupons.

Always some are either out of date, wrong product, not the right quantity, or from another store.

10 minutes later after half of the stuff had to go back on the shelf it's my turn to buy five items.

I don't let things irritate me because that's just giving away your power to something or someone else.

I do feel sorry for people that don't recognize that Donald Trump is a lying, low character, racist idiot. But there are a lot of idiots, racists and hypocrites out there. They spew their hate and I ignore them. They just want attention because of their low self-esteem. They are like Donald, their hero. Pathetic.

Thank you for your comment ALCzervik. I would like to point out that the second paragraph of my post is not about politics, it’s about CHARACTER. You will notice that there are no political views/opinions in my post. I am referring to a man’s character.

I don’t know if you are a moderator but for some reason I am blocked from posting on the thread and am reduced to only having the ability to edit my post. Not sure why I was blocked for posting about character. It seems America in not interested in good character much anymore. (The block kind of supports my point).

how a message is articulated is important-even jokes. i am in a few discussion groups here where we discuss politics, and everything is allowed. when discussing issues with others online it is extremely important to be clear. some are not. 

if you are referencing personal interactions, there may be a few reasons for your outcomes.

1. assuming the other has the same values and sense of humor that you have.

2. your joke is funny to you, but the receiver may not get it.

3. you mention something in a serious way, that is a joke, and the dumbass takes it seriously.

if you are referencing anyone you worked with in the past, they are plain stupid.  i have either refused to work with others that do not know the difference between what is serious and when to joke around, or, fired them. 

while it is a necessity to have a thick skin in the trades, those of us that have been there know there are times where there is no joking.

if you are speaking of those in line at the grocery store, i have come to expect anything, and not let dopes ruin my day when i am in line with beer. those few moments when people rage will only hurt them. don't let it bother you if it takes another three minutes to check out. three minutes? 

forgive me if my post is irritating.

it also squashes your power to do your thing (whatever it is). allowing others into your head displaces the thoughts and ideas you have. instead of being productive, you cannot manage as you are still stung by whatever anyone has said or written about you.

Traffic lights 🚥 that are set up to hold on red longer than it would on green, 

Pet owners that treat their pets as if they are fashion statements, (and dump these poor critters on the side of the road when they get too old, or sick), 

People going ape-sh@t for freebies at a weekend sale in the mall, 

 Politicians...........  ...........
