It's not that western societies don't have their own dress codes and restrictions. Have you ever tried to open a bank account nakedly? Or to play in a chess open?

Perhaps as a protest, at the next tournament all participants could turn up in fancy dress - maybe Vicars and Tarts.
I doubt if Iran would care much but it'd be a laugh
