look over your games. If you're getting out of the opening with a -2 or more disadvantage too often then it's probably time to find a new opening. If you're losing too much in the middlegame you should brush up on tactics and learn strategical play.

I highly doubt that your endgames are bad

Also btw @LaryMulya I am using chess.coms way of seeing ratings.... Above me is still Expert, Pro, Master, Legend

I am not being arrogant and I was asking for advice....

advanced doesn't necessarily mean master.

Crunch down on openings that’s what helped me, you should be drawn or winning by move 10-15. Then focus on middle game themes and tactics. I didn’t focus on end games to much and it lost me some games so learn that too but honestly middle games and openings are the most important things.

i know 1600 uscf people who have gotten to around 2500-2600 bullet. A guy I'm friends with isn't even a master and has 2500 bullet rating.

I'd say that calling yourself a "2500-2600" expert may be a stretch, maybe a normal expert(2000-2199) would be my guess.

1700-1800 is not advanced but crap. I know it because i am in that category(blitz and rapid) and my chess knowledge and ability is a joke.
