108 moves for me; I was defending queen vs. rook and pawn. Turned out to be a draw.
what's the longest game you've played?

I have several unfinished correspondence games that begain in the late 1980's...my opponents mysteriously disappeared and are probably still in some gulag deep in Sibera, so deep in Siberia they haven't got word of the USSR's demise.
By now you should have claimed a victory by timeout.
Of course, but is that good sportsmanship?
Absolutely.

I have had many games between 90-110 moves, a 126 move game, 133 move game, 146 move game, two 187 move games, and one game in atomic chess which went on for 246 moves.
Over the board my longest was I think 95 moves.
If you are considering time, then my longest game was five hours, going until midnight when my opponent and I agreed to a draw.
Well, this is a little off topic, but I remember a game I played where my opponent and I had all the pieces and pawns on the board for over 30 moves and two hours. The tension was so high that the game only lasted 20 more moves as the pieces came off the board quick, when I won the endgame.
A 246-move atomic game? Was it one of those games where you spend forever trying to get the other person's King away from yours?

Yeah, except my opponent was refusing to give up the game as drawn. Actually he could have won long before, but could not figure out how to get my king away. He had a pawn that kept him under the 50 move draw. Eventually he lost that pawn and it was a drawn endgame, but he played out another 50 moves until a draw was claimed.

Dug through my online games archive and found one where I clung on for a draw in 78 moves ... http://www.chess.com/echess/game.html?id=23399450
Although - now looking at the game, I could not even remember what I was thinking during those moves. Some of them seem totally ridiculous and some cool! I guess I need to start analyzing more of my games to become better.

Here is my longest game at www.chess.com, which ended in stalemate. It was 101 moves played at 3 minutes a game, with 5 second increment. The game was a comedy of errors for both sides.

My longest game is 106 move draw where I had bishop and pawn vs rook and pawn.

This isn't my longest game in terms of moves....but in terms of time! Back in 1990, my friend's wife bought him a stand-alone chess computer that moved the pieces itself through some kind of magnet-gizmo (which was very loud). I wanted to play it on it's hardest level...so at 8pm I sat down at their kitchen table and started, writing down the moves as I went. Well, the setting I chose let the computer spend a lot of time....by midnight, everyone had gone to bed and I was still there....at 8am when my friend got up and came down for coffee, I was still sitting in his kitchen! I had just finished with a win in 88 moves. It was a sweet victory of man over machine...never to be repeated by me. Today my Fritz11 tosses me around like a rag doll while moving instantly.
Hey, I just searched online and found a youtube video that looks kinda like the one I played:

The longest game which I had won was a 66 move against razoman which ended on January 10th,2010 where he was rated 1754.I had achieved my Highest Chess Rating Points ever=1702 right after that game. This game was in a Tournament named "Long Tournament".
The longest game which I had drawn was a 58 move against Maradonna which ended on December 27th,2009 where he was rated 1752.
The longest game which I had lost was a 67 move against KALIMAN which ended on December 27th,2009 where he was rated 1630.
These 3 games average 64 moves while their Chess Rating Points was 1712.
I have played 17 Chess games so far.
I have Won 9,Lost 5,and Drawn 3 Chess games.

Most moves for me here was 92. I came out of the middle game several pawns up. But I screwed up promoting the first pawn and lost it. Promoting the next pawn was harder, but I didn't screw it up. When it became apparent that I wasn't going to screw it up, my opponent started drawing out his moves, taking the maximum time allowed. I just set up batches of five or so conditional moves, and would check in on the game every week or two to see how it was going.

the world record longest grandmaster game was NN Alekhine. It was 269 moves and Alekhine finally won
Er...no it wasn't.
Yeah, It was Nikolic-Arsovic
The longest game I ever played was against that chess program Chess Titans. Over 70 moves long.
