It’s not extremist. It’s a field of international relations theory.
Also you play a lot of quick games that are a waste of time and possibly a way to get a false sense of your skill. Getting wins by timeout or blunders is not chess. Play 30 minute games or more against strong opponents to start. A real otb game can last 6 hours. You're almost comparing apples to oranges here. Don't waste your talent with online 1 minute games. Go play real chess and hopefully you end up with that title.
It's funny you say that as yesterday was the first time that I've played bullet in months, and that was only because I got notified of a Cramling arena taking place which happened to be in bullet. I also haven't played blitz in two months.
My go-to time control is 10 minutes, which is good enough for my liking.
I guess I should have scrolled down a little farther in your game archive 😉 10 minutes is a good time control but people have been saying 2200 in rapid is where it starts to get hard so we'll see if your improvement slows down.
