I recommend anything by Simon Williams. He’s entertaining and teaches entertaining ways to play chess, in a simple way.

For me it’s important to watch a lesson many times to learn. If I can barely sit through a boring lesson once, it doesn’t matter if the content is the best to ever exist. I won’t be watching it again and again to pick up the finer points I missed the first time.
