Standard. It's kind of complicated though: you have to go to tournaments and so on. There are a few tournaments for blitz and rapid; sometimes they're used in standard tournaments as tie breakers, but standard is the "standard". Of course there's the Arena stuff with Amateur Master titles you can buy/earn from FIDE.
