Who will be the next FIDE president?

Now that Kirsan Ilioumjinov has left, we have to find a new one. Who do you think will be chosen as the next FIDE president on april the tenth?

We had "exciting" with the nut case that is now gone.  I dont care if Karpov comes across as boring to some.  I want someone that puts chess first, and Karpov will do that.

Obviously it should be someone with administrative experience who knows how to delegate authority yet keep a check on ethics, who knows how to charm the various member nations, etc. I nominate Angela Merkel. We have no one like that in the USA since G H W Bush (the first Bush) retired.

I will nominate any Spanish politician as long as that means he will not come back.
