Why are the achievements that I have done still grey?

I have done many achievements in my account exactly 33-35 achievements but they are still grayed out I don’t know if this is a problem with a lot of people or not but it’s a huge problem for me….

I asked chess support about that and they said they can’t manually update my achievements there are like 5-6 achievements that are still grayed even after doing that same achievement many times…….

The other day I directly asked chess support and it said to do what they said they said and I quote “Please click the grayed and do what it says on the hint” well I did what it said and guess what it was still grey after doing it…….and also I cannot do more drills cuz I don’t have ‘premium membership’ I finished all unlocked drills soo now I cannot get the achievements related to drills…..
