why is chess.com not answering the emails??

i want to get all the achivment but some of this achievements are not popping up

The site doesn't use email support. You have to use the Support option in the menu. However, I don't believe they are unlocking broken achievements anymore

Thats not the only thing support is not doing . . .

Use the Friends page. There are options there to invite people you know that might not have an account
