If I did what Kramnik did and got caught, I would have my account closed in no time. Pretty sure of that. Double standards?
Why did he do this? I mean what advantages did he get by doing this? He clearly has account so why not use your own.

It is indeed fair play rules. From chess.com fair-play policy
"Do not use anyone else's account."
It provides an unfair advantage as the opponent played an opening they knew Khismtullin isn't very familiar with. The problem is that Kramnik is pretty much the biggest advocate for this opening for over a decade, so they would never play it against Kramnik

Been there banned for no reason after a month working myself up ending 1st place up to elite and some arsebit clown report forum talk, voila> ban
then yu get mails after a week, for a second profile and got in touch with some mod... they changed my password as it is impossible otherwise from my side with keyholder.
Now I'm here again...
Had to send them 8 mails to activate account also. for each of last 2.

Then he has to be prosecuted if it was up to me not only ban I was for way less, also I dunno that chap... Just never was interested in chess until now (or recently) as I went to normal browsing behavior and to pass time.
