I'm not sure exactly why you're restricted, but I do know that aborting lots of games gets you flagged by the system as a "poor sport".
And once you get flagged as such, you're restricted in what games you can play.

That’s probably it, they have been putting me up against people -200-300 my rating and I just don’t want to lose 15 points... I even have the settings so it doesn’t do that...

that's just a setting, you can change which ratings you want to play to, for example, -100 and +100

I have it set on -50... and +infinity

yeah sometimes it resets after a while (idk why) but good it is solved now :)
