Why is my puzzle rush high score/points not updating?

What is interesting is that occasional untitled players do have their scores of 50 or over count. Understanding why might help solve the problem.
So I got my newest high score on puzzle rush and it's been days and still not updating,been waiting for it everyday but still not updating,stuck on 49.Anyone knows why?sorry for my bad grammar.
