Why so many insults on multiplayers games ?

I noticed that on chess.com, the only online chess web site i use, i have been insulted almost every day when i play four players or bughouse.As soon that you have to team up with another person it becomes creepy.On 4 players some people only insults because you don't play what they want you to play, on bug house it's very commun that your partner helps you with some idiot ! Stupid ! and others beautiful words.Most of the bad words are attacking the intelligence, it's like these people were not self confident at all and have to send you a stupid ! or dumb ! to raise their own I.Q.

The smartest people i know have no such habit and are usually handling their ego pretty well.The best chess players don't spend their time insulting a part but trying to help him ( to avoid losing ) or to coach you.The most agressive are usually the people who have a better rating than you by few points. They must think that if they are higher than you it's because they are very smart and you are very stupid, because of this gap they have the right to treat you as a human waste.I am sure that they are in real life treated as they treat others on the web site.

Finally i think that people who insults other players are not intelligent and therefore not very good chess players.But since they are annoying and contaminating some many games could you add a option to never play with them any more (is blocking doing so ?) and maybe after 10 complains for examples you could just close their account ?

Why don't you copy and paste this into all the game chats? At least a 25 word version.
