I know it's silly, but from the profile pic and (how the person act I guess) I sort of imagine someone behind the screen... I didn't know you were 15, that just doesn't fit at all lol.

I found out today I got my shiny new FIDE rating so this is the perfect thread to say so :)  I was happy because a few fide events in the past didn't earn me one, and now I "finally" have one.

I'm 26.

Kind of like Elubas -- my results against class A and expert players leads me to believe it's on the rise.

Indeed trigs.

Let me add that for very young users, it is not recommended to post your age (or any personal information for that matter) on the internet.

The OP probably only was interested in knowing what ratings are being held at what age here, but others also read threads like this .

It seems like there's a sudden influx of youngsters into the chess world.  Six months ago there was one young person at the club I frequent, and now, there are five, including myself.
