Aborting in middle of game

I was playong and player didn’t want. to resign and the player aborted. Is that even possible?
lt wasn’t at that time .It was before the server restart . And it doesn’t show on finished games neither was i rewarded my points
Same here… Twice today. I was inexplicably prevented from making a move. Very close to endgame. Very frustrating and I guess these unfortunate events are recorded as losses to me.

If the games never show in your archive, then it would be a server restart or games in an arena when the arena ended.

There were some short term issues around the time you posted. Contact support with the links to the games and they may be able to get your points refunded.
