The site is a little buggy right now so occasionally there are problems. Because a new version of the site (V3) is being developed you can expect the occasional glitch. They usually don't last long. Sometimes it's not chess.com's fault. If Microsoft is doing their monthly update you can get a "bad gateway 502" error for instance.
