Access to Chess Analysis

I am a Diamond member and trying to access the Chess analysis feature of the site. It doesn't recognize me as a premium member for some reason even though I paid the full yearly amount.

I wanted to analyze a game I played but don't seem to be able to do it here.

I don't understand. Please help.

Are you trying to use the computer analysis feature on an already completed game, or the analysis board in live chess?

What browser and operating system are you using?

I go to Learn -> Computer Analysis. The screen it takes me to prompts me to upgrade to a premium account rather than giving me access to the feature. All I get to see is a demo despite the fact that I'm logged in.

Gotcha! Thanks for the screenshot :) Please go into your games archive (you can access it from your profile), and click on the game you'd like analyzed.  Right underneath the results at the top right of the screen you'll see an option for computer analysis.  Above what you're seeing is just a demo of the feature.

Ahh. I see. Actually I wanted to use the analysis feature with a game I had played somewhere else. A game where I had what seemed like a positionally strong developing game that went to crap. Is there a way to submit a pgn or 'replay' the game one move at a time for analysis?

Unfortunately right now that isn't a possibility.  However, you might try posing the game in the Game Analysis forum.
