Achievement bugs/support

I've been on an achievement grind recently, and there are a few I just can't get despite everything that's been suggested:

A lot of the Variant achievements such as Games played for Crazyhouse, Dangerous Intersection, and rating for other variants are not being awarded despite knowing that I should definitely qualify.

Go Mobile (Android) I should've gotten today, since I logged onto an android and played a round of bullet there

3D Glasses are a really easy achievement from what I understand, but selecting the 3D pieces on both pc and mobile hasn't given the achievement

Its kind of glitched but i got android achievement and ios achievement

I've been trying to get the Blitz and bullet rating achievements so I played games of Blitz and Bullet but I didn't get those achievements.

How do I get 3d piece badge?

Go to Settings > Themes

Under Custom, set Pieces to any of the 3D variants:

3D - Chesskid

3D - Wood

3D - Staunton

3D - Plastic

Then when you inevitability don’t get the achievement, make a support ticket and ask staff to give you the achievement

my achievements are not being tracked. I don't want to email you every time to add them for me. have you guys figured out the root cause? this has been going on for years. why are we paying so much for your app?

I just won a rated game and whilst my opponent lost ranking and global points my achievements did not move. This is the second time in a month that this has happened. Very annoying as in both cases they were higher ranked than me. Im beginning to think its a waste of time joining this platform.

Is it a free trial or a gift? If so, then it doesn't work. It has to be paid.

Support isn't available via email. You have to use the Support option in the menu

It shows you resigned.

If you were on the app and left the game that can happen.

Not sure if everyone knows this, but chess.com removed some of the achievements due to bugs, etc. These are the 8 achievements that were removed recently (As of July 2025, they aren't there any longer.)
