You can be under 13 but your parents have to say it's ok or something... in any case it's just CYA legal stuff. No one gets banned for being a little kid.

That is not correct. Members under the age of 13 are allowed here with the permission and supervision of a guardian.
How old do you have to be to get kicked out for being too old?

It's possible an account of someone under 13 could be closed if it's found that hadn't been done. So, by not doing it and creating an account anyway, it risks that
I don't know what's in place if a potential member doesn't check the age requirement box when attempting to sign up.
Well what if the kid (7 years old for example) says he was born in 2000 will he get banned ? Actually i don't remember if they ask your birthday

Wait, so if you're under 13 you aren't supposed to be here ? Well yes I'm older than 13 and well there are lot of kids saying in public their age, and nothing has been done.
